Logmion is most probably a reference to the Gauls' God Ogmion - god of the dead - and this indicates a slaughter. See also the comments in V-080, VII-003 and VI-002.
9.52 France - Great Conflict
"Peace is nigh on one side, and war,"
Never was the pursuit of it so great:
"To bemoan men, women innocent blood on the land,"
And this will be throughout all France.
Italic wars (to be completed)
"While Nostradamus was alive, France found itself engaged in an "Italic conflict". Nothing at this point proves that he is referring here to the same one. Some of these quatrains could be linked to the Final Conflict."
5.70 The Balance
"Of the regions subject to the Balance,"
"They will trouble the mountains with great war,"
"Captives the entire sex enthralled and all Byzantium,"
So that at dawn they will spread the news from land to land.
